I would love to learn to play guitar. I would love for myson to learn how to play it,too.
Do you know that among us 5 broods, I’m the only one who cannot play the guitar? So freaking frustrating.
Some years back, I tried to learn the guitar. But it seemed the guitars I used don’t like me much. So I stopped trying. But I reckon, if I can;t do it then maybe my kids can. So we’ll see, maybe with proper exposure they’ll find the inspiration.
And who knows, they’ll learn to play this song, too: Heaven by Warrant
So heart Bruno Mars, he who accompanies me during long drives in the night. My son also loves his songs, he actually sings them everytime. And when I say everytime, it really EVERYTIME since Bruno Mars is in my lappie and my car playlists.
Now, I wish we could his concert in April. But it looks like we couldn’t *sigh*sigh*
I found some time to view some movies today. Not in the big silver screen though but only in my PC (which makes me long for those pocket dlp projectors for a better home entertainment experience). Nonetheless, it’s still a luxury as I haven’t watched movies in ages. Actually, I’ve seen not just one but three movies recently. Unbelievable! Lol.
One is the Black Swan (starring Natalie Portman), then a couple of movies for kids namely, Yogi Bear and Tangled. I am not too happy with the Black Swan, in fact I’m quite horrified with some of the scenes (makes me think, is this film trying to achieve horror effect or what?). But I love Yogi Bear and after viewing it, I decided to also let my 5-year old see it (now where can I buy a pocket projector again?). Tangled is also a great movie but I am not letting my son (knowing him to be fearful at times) see it for now because of some “scary witch scenes.” But I got an idea for the upcoming wedding of my sister from Tangled. Told her the song (of the “night lantern scene”) would make a good wedding song.
I so love this product. So much that this is actually one of the few toys that I allow to occupy a space in our bedroom.

I didn’t know something like this is available, until my son’s teacher told us. She recommended it for my son to enhance his focus and concentration more.

A little costly but I believe this wonderful educational toy made of wood is worth every cent I paid for it. It’s actually a perfect toy for my very imaginative son. And he totally loves this too. He likes to play with it before bedtime (it’s one his reason in staying up late). And I tolerate it to some degree.
Who has seen the movie?
What to do you think?
Methinks it’s pretty inspiring.
The start was pretty dragging and I understand that somehow in the movie, facts have turned into hollywoody but still I like it. Great movie to make us understand FB more (or the persona behind it).
I’m blown at the fact that Mark made a billion-dollar worth site on his own. Oh well, the dispute on the originality (of FB) may not be settled but I mean, come to think of it, Matt did the codes and all with maybe not much of a thought how big Facebook would be years later.
And FB has become so so big already. It’s become a staple thing for some people. In all honesty, I must admit that Facebook is one of the first sites I login to whenever I get online. And more often than not, it’s where I get my updates of my friends’ and relatives’ lives.
Remember this post about MP3ify.com? I’ve been so happy when I found this site that converts youtube audios to mp3 (by just providing the link). But after subsequent conversion, like a couple or so conversion, I found out that it will no longer give you the converted file unless you donate something.
Here’s the message:

Okay, they pretty good reasons for this, but I’m a big freeloader (hahah) so I’m not using it anymore to convert youtube audios to mp3.

I’ve found a good site that doesn’t have cap limit, at least so far I’ve converted about 10 youtube links already and I have not experienced message popping (like the one I pasted above) that says I’ve reach the conversion limit. So this is what I’m using now: http://www.youtube-mp3.org/. Great site. Thanks so much to all the peeps running this. More power guys!

My fascination with Glee’s episode 1 (for Season 2) has led me to an amazing discovery in the world wide web: that we can already convert youtube audios atbp to mp3! Isn’t that cool? Yeah as cool as these faux wood blinds. Trust me.
I didn’t know it but through instantmp3s.com, we can now make the conversion easily and INSTANTLY. All we need is to provide the link and viola! instant mp3! I’ve tried it with a couple of songs from Glee, and I’m so happy with the result. Audio is excellent, absolutely the same as with the provided youtube link.
And so goes the reason of this post.
Haaay, what I did for love!
September 22nd, 2010Me What?
Gleek! Again, again what?
Alright. I told (oh but actually promise is the word!) myslef I would not turn into a Gleek -oh yes I did. But it looks like I’m gonna eat back my words. Yay.
After watching the first episode of the second season, I think I’m going to be (a billionaire?) making time for Glee viewing week after week after week.
The first epi was a blast. Gotta say I’m blown with Charice Pempengco’s performance (althought I’m not a big fan).
So uhm okay, see you then next week. I’ll be preparing some chips to much while I hug the tv.
I’d like to know:
If Moan Day is the day when nothing seems to go right and Berry Monday is the day for indulging in those berry smoothies, is it safe to call the day a Cyber Monday when you go online and do what you do in the world wide web on a Monday?
Hmmm. What do you think? Can be, right?
Happy Tuesday everyone.
Oh yeah NBA fans! So before you read about Testosterone booster, hear me out first.
Perhaps you’re watching the NBA playoffs on TV, good for you. With me working in the office, I can only depend with the Internet. Actually the guys in the office all depend on it, too. They huddle infront of the computer in the morning (we have different timezone) to watch the NBA games. Hah it looks like they are working, but wait until you hear them cheer their favorite team/player! Lol.
Anyway, it’s really a wonderful thing that we can watch the NBA games at Adthe.net.
