April 19th, 2010Scratching My Head

Haaay, I still don’t know what’s wrong with my PC. It’s really such a hassle since the softwares that I always use for some online work are installed in that PC.

For the meantime, I’m using the netbook my husband gave me last December. But I can only use it mostly for surfing the Internet. Oh God help me, I really need my PC. And I need it alive and kicking!

April 15th, 2010Oh Bummer

I still haven’t figured out the problem of my PC. It surely is not the softwares or spywares (since there’s none of this) that’s causing the problem. Wonder what could it be. Tsk.Tsk.

I’m still checking on the RAM but my husband told me it could be the motherboard. Whatever it is, I wanted it resolved as soon as possible since I have lots of work to do and lots of photos to process. *sigh*

April 12th, 2010For Your Opinion

To those who wear designer ties, please take time to visit the link. I know this might be asking too much from you, but I would appreciate it if you could come back and leave me a comment regarding those ties.  I would really love to hear what you think of them as I’m not too good at choosing ties. I actually have no practice when it comes to shopping for ties because the Mister doesn’t wear them. Infact, I don’t even remember a time when I saw my husband wearing a necktie. :-)

So if you have any experience or any advice or any comment to make, I would value it a lot.

April 7th, 2010Bro is coming back

I was checking these jobs in Philadelphia when  I was reminded that my younger brother is coming back home after more than a month stay in Vietnam. It’s not his first time there because his fiancee is a Vietnamese.  But this time, he wished to saty for long to look for a job there and so he can be with his fiancee.

But it looks like Fate won’t have any of that. After almost two months of job hunting, he still has not landed a job. So he’s decided to maintain a long-distance affair, come back home  and see what opportunity he can find here, or from here.  Goodluck to him.

March 25th, 2010More coming

Before I see what Blue Advantage is all about, lemme tell you this. Have I mentioned that I so love the Indigo products that I made another order a week after I received my initial sort-of-trial order?

Yeah I did.

And as expected, the package arrived the next day right after payment was sent.

The products that came are:

1 bottle Shoo FLy Don’t Bother Me

1 bottle Yummy Cocoa Butter

1 Scrub Me Yummy (Body Scrub)

So if you think I’m done with my Indigomanila reviews, you’ve got another thought coming. :-)

I’m not done yet so hang in there. Hehe.

March 20th, 2010Bee-Zee

Been so busy.

I mean really BEE-ZEE.

I hope to get back with my reviews when some things are settled.

And Oh, I miss my cam. I have lots of items for my review posts to photograph but just couldn’t do so now. I hope it’s already be on my hands next month. It has to be.

March 16th, 2010Our Vitamin Talk

What supplements are you taking now?

Me, because I’m pregnant, I had to wrap up my “old” vitamins, which consist of Vitamin C, Calcium,  Vitamin E and an anti-stress vitamin (Vit B complex), and replace them with pre-natal vitamins my OB advised me to take. At the moment, I’m taking three vitamins: Calcium, Omega-3 and a multivitamin (Obimin). In addition, I’m also drinking  Anmum milk.

My husband, on the other hand, takes Vitamin C, Vitamin E and a multivitamin. Sometimes, he buys another kind of vitamin which contains Royal Jelly and Korean Ginseng (it sound like an  exclusive  vitamin for men but I think it’s not).

As with our son, I give him Vitamin C with Zinc, a multivitamin that promotes growth and the vegetable vitamins (that looks like Gummy Bears). The last time I have spoken with his pedia, she told us VItamin C is already enough since our son is regularly drinking a highly-vitaminized milk.

March 10th, 2010Just A Quick Note

I forget to mention it on my posts  but I got to say that all Indigo product photos on the reviews I made are not mine but taken from the Indigomanila website. I believe I should apologize but I honestly didn’t mean to miss out on this one.  And I have all honest intentions. So there, I give credit where credit is due.

March 8th, 2010Bored.in.the.office

There really are times when the boredom is really “boring” to the bones. Haaaay. I’m in the office and ain’t got nothing to do but look for something to do. What a job! Lol. Take note that I’m saying that even if I think I have one of the most sought-after jobs in the engineering field. *sigh*

Haaay sheer boredom! No work, no challenge.

On the brightier and sunnier side of it all, it means everything is efficiently managed, everything’s doing great. It means everything in the network is working as they should be. It’s like seeing firemen who are engaged in a game of mahjong, or scrabbles, or chess or basketball. You can only be happy with that sight, because when you see otherwise, you’d know there is trouble somewhere. And we sure don’t like that! Or do we? :-)

So *sigh*sigh* I may not like being bored out of my wits, I may not like my job … I may complain that
being a telco engineer means getting no holidays (because that’s when we need to be alert), I have to admit I got to thank God for this opportunity to provide service and a mode of communication for my countrymen, whatever their economic status are. I thank God I have a job because there are many jobless people out there.

February 14th, 2010HVD
