Fresh from our short R&R, I am simply happy. So much so that at the moment, it makes me feel guilty thinking about depression rehab treatment centers and the people currently serving time there. But at least there are institutions such as these to help get people back on their feet.
Anyway back to happy thoughts and our little break. Thanks Chali for making our very short vacation lovely. And I’ve been eating food from the resto like crazy (and now I am trying to get as much exercise I can to burn the pounds I’ve gained in our 2-day stay). But I so love eating their barbecue with Java rice —so delish! And I can’t wait to munch some again.
Ohhhh… reading the last two posts I published, I somehow feel guilty. So guilty for not saying what I should have included in one of my latest post (I’ve said it to him personally though and I think that matters more but I just feel guilty for not even saying a little thanks “to him” online).
Gentle warning to readers: leave now if you don’t wanna read a cheesy post.
So anyway… thank you Honey for everything. I love that we spent our 7th wedding anniversary together (with the family). Thanks for giving me a million and one reasons to be happy. I know you would have bought me stuff —jewelries, watches, perfumes, even renuvie etc… had I asked them from you but that’s not really too important to me. What matters is we’re together and that you’re giving me and the family what we need most— love and security. I so love you. Cheers to more years of togetherness!
There, there. I said it. Heheh
It’s my wedding anniversary today and my family is off to celebrate. Love, love, love. Happiness, happiness, happiness.
So I gotta be offline for awhile to relax and enjoy my time with my family but I’ll sure be back to care of some ends.
Happy weekend everyone!
Some concerns were taken cared of this week, and these are as follows:
-Budget allocation for our car insurance. Quite big and I have been concerned with this for awhile but I’m glad that that’s taken cared of now. Speaking about insurances, I’m surprised to read about bad driving record insurance. Heheh. Unbelievable. Is there really such a thing?
- Next thing, I’ve taken cared of is my daughter’s traveling papers. Glad I finally found time to comply with requirements and so now we’re just waiting for the release of the docs.
- Last but not the least, I’ve visited the salon this afternoon to have my hair done. Glad to have found time and money for this. Now I’m happy with how my hair looks and feels.

Oh wow! It will be March tomorrow. Amazing really, how time flies.
Soon it will be my sister’s wedding and then God willing, it will be my time to fly. *crossing fingers*
Dear sister’s already very busy these days. I can just imagine. From resto to photographer booking, like me in my time, she has a hand in all of these. She’s already done with the selection of her gown— among the many wedding dresses the designer designed for her, but she’s also busy finding the perfect accessories to complement her chosen design. Her plate is really full at the moment. Haaaay, I hope she gets enough time for herself before the big day, which is coming very soon, very fast.
February 14th, 2011Happy VD
Happy Valentine’s Day everyone. I hope everyone is happier today (because happiness is a choice, so they say).
But I hope everyone gets whatever they wished for for today.
As for me, I wished for a date and I got it in the person of no less than my son. *wink* We had a fun day at the mall. Okay, it’s more like my son got a fun day at the mall and that’s all that really matters for me, seeing someone I love so happy. Oh but, we’re even. He had his fun time, I had my sundae. Hah, I know I should start thinking of diets that work now but it’s Valentine’s Day, everyone deserves a little leeway or some fun or some love and understanding or everything. Lol.
I found a modern sofa bed in one of the designer furniture shop online and God help me, *clutching the heart* I instantly fell in love with it. :-) It simply looks “calming” and comfortable that I’m sure it would be a luxurious experience to be sleeping on it. *sigh* I can already imagine the feeling!
Now, off to find someone who loves me enough to buy it without any question asked.
Advance Happy Valentine’s Day!
Couldn’t sleep. That’s why I’m still romancing the keyboard at this time.
Actually, I already found myself lying on the couch (my bed for tonight) an hour ago but after turning for the nth time, I decided to roll off and spend some time on the PC, hoping to be productive while waiting for Sleep to come.
(I wonder where Sleep is spending the night, I hope He comes sooner. I don’t want to spend the next day searching for remedies on how to remove dark circles under eyes. I badly need Him now)
Paging sleep, sleep, sleep…
I’ve seen a pet bed today which calls to mind my sister. I wonder how her baby shower preparation is going. Am sure she’s already busy and I hope she has some help with the preparation and with household chores because apart from everything, I know she’s also taking care of their pet dogs, whom she treats like her kids.
Haay, I just missed my sister.
So disappointed to see scratch marks on our car. :-( I wonder what product would be the best to remove these scratches. Been searching and reading reviews online but I still have no idea what product to choose.
Will F1’s Scratch Out do the job? How about 4M’s Scratch Remover? Or rubbing compound? Should I get liquid or paste?
Or is it better to pay the carshoppe next month? *sigh* Another expenses na naman.
