What a jarring experience. I’ve just been involved with a vehicular accident. The second vehicle is a motorcycle, with registration expired (I was driving our sedan).
The only good thing I can see from the experience is that nothing serious happened to the motorcycle who was not using a helmet at the time of the accident, and who only sustained a wound on his elbow.
Technically speaking, the motorcycle driver is at fault because he didn’t stop when a PUJ ahead of him stopped and tried to maneuver to the left. He proceeded to go left too. So running at the fast line, the car I was driving hit his motor with my right side mirror. Argh.I got so mad, but I’m surprised at how cool I was while I dealt with the other vehicle’s passenger. *sigh* Have too rest and get myself relaxed muna.
Here’s another book—actually books— that your toddler may love.

Bible stories for kids. Love ‘em all.
I started reading Noah and the Ark (not in the picture) to my son and he loves it. So when I found these books, not altogether though, I couldn’t resist to buy them. My son totally loves them and keep on reading them.
And finally, I was able to take some time off my regular home-work-grocery routine to go to the Citi Hardware branch near us. It’s a short visit but I guess I’ve seen what I’ve been wanting to see.
‘Nice place. It’s wide and spacious and airy. And they have most of home accessories one needs —from bath to kitchen to roof. I was able to get a replacement of our water dispenser faucet from there, too.
And the most wonderful thing is they offer free iced tea and cool water to their clients, much to my surprise and my son’s delight.
Happy New Year everyone!
I so love new year because this means all things new. I mean new experiences. New friendships. New acquaintances. New accomplishments. New plans. New budget. New start. New bills. Lols.
Now speaking of bills, I have settled and renewed online memberships and plans i.e I have already paid for a managed web hosting plan for all of my sites. Domain renewal, done also. Thanks God for the resources.
And yeah, thanks God for new years and new undertakings and new start. We always get to make a new start everyday but every year, everything’s like fresh and ready for the taking. Thanks God for this chance.
Gotta say my thank you to Indigo for sending my new orders quickly. From my previous experience with them, I already know they are fast and efficient in handling their orders. And I so appreciate that.
It’s just that I appreciate it more now because we are so in need of the Shoo Fly DOn’t Bother Me insect repellent as our supply’s already depleted. Hearing of multiple dengue cases around, I was concerned for my kids to go unprotected. So I’m just really thankful that my orders were delivered on time.
So before I scoot and view some futon coversfuton covers, let me say my thanks. Yeah, from the bottom of this mother’s heart, thank you Indigo!
We’re already in the country’s capital now. Our flight this morning is uneventful–thanks God! The toddler thoroughly enjoyed the trip and more so (I’m sure) because I bought him the Airport Toyset from Cebu Pacific (infact, he’s playing with the wind-up plane as I write this :-) ).
So we’ve flown Cebu Pacific on the way to the country’s capital–a decision I made after the news of flight cancellations (mostly domestic ones) with Philippine Airlines broke out. But if given a choice, I’d much rather book for Philippine Airlines because I feel safer flying with them and their service is much more appealing for me.
Cebu Pacific, on the other hand, offers more affordable seats. Passengers also have the cheaper option to go for Go Lite if flying without check-in baggage.
September 4th, 2010Back to T
Is tea going to get me back my pre-preggy shape? Because if it will, it will be a real bonus for me because I love drinking tea. During my pregnancy, I’ve minimized my consumption to almost nothing but now, I’m back to my old habit of drinking tea. And as I type this, I’m looking at my supply of Lipton Yellow Label Tea. Who wants some? I got lotsa bags here! Just tell me.
Anyway about that shape thing, I heard there’s a new diet pill available in the market. Might check on it when I won’t shed my “excess baggages” on time. *sigh*
But anyway, on the lighterside, on Facebook, I read: Everyone is talking about shape, round is a shape too! Indeed round is a shape. So why do I worry about MY shape? Lol.
I really mean the many exclamation points after the word September. So excited am I. But who cannot not be excited when September is my birth month. So in 15 days I’ll be adding a year to my age. But that’s just number. I’m excited to be celebrating my birthday, although I know there won’t be much of a celebration. I feel blessed to be alive. To enjoy my family. To explore the world. To live life to the fullest. SO so blessed and like me, maybe you’ll feel blessed too if you this life insurance help online. See for yourself.
Now to continue. Also one of the reasons I’m excited this September is because we’re going on a holiday, however short that is. But still, I’m so excited. Really can’t wait.
A baby is already on board and so I couldn’t get online as much as I want to. If I do, I couldn’t stay for long.
I’ve really been busy as a bee lately. As expected.
But I’m so happy taking care of our little angel. Now if only my toddler would always cooperate.

With just looking at the picture above, I know you’d guess how much I trust the Pigeon brand.
It’s true. With my firstborn, his nursing bottles and accessories were all from Pigeon. I also used Pigeon bath and body products on him (thanks God to a sister who lives in Japan then). Now with the coming second baby, I have also decided (without much thought really) to use Pigeon products, which I really love and certainly trust.
