So I was in the salon, and not only did I learn that Beauty bar has already opened in town but that they sell a nice product called Rice Paper.
It’s like an oil-blotting paper like the one I’ve been using (Gatsby). Like Gatsby, it’s pretty affordable and handy. Now the big difference though is that it uses natural rice powder to eliminate the shine on the face. Actually, either side of the paper can be used for blotting facial oil but there is a side with rice powder on it. And the nicest thing is that you can choose from 4 variants that best suit your skin tone: Natural, Warm Beige, Fair and Nude.
l got the Natural shade and I love it (I passed my Gatsby to my husband, which he also loves). It perfectly does its job of getting rid of the unwanted shine on my face in a jiffy.
BTW, one pad of Rice Paper Tissues contains 40 sheets. And each sheet is made of the following ingredients: Oryza Sativa (rice) paper, Oryza Sativa starch, Methylparaben, Fragrance. From the Iabel, it may also contain Titanium Dioxide CI77891 and Iron Oxides.
I’m so thrilled to have found out (from my hairstylist) that Beauty Bar has opened in one of the malls in the city. Finally.
So now I don’t need to ask the hubster to get this-and-that for me (in Manila) as I can already do that on my own here. What joy that is! And then it gets me to thinking that now I need really lots of moolah to do just that!!! Lol.
Apart from reading about some weight loss product a.k.a lipozene (paging dear desperate sister, I think you might want to know more of this or better try this!), I’ve had a productive start of the day.
You see I’ve been able to search some infos on Human Heart Nature products, which I’ve been wanting to try for so long already. Have you tried some already? I’ve read about them on a magazine and I would love to try their organic products. My officemate who have tried using one of their toners also says their product is just fabulous. And they are all affordable too. Now off to search for some outlets near my place.
I saw someone I know selling the spherical EOS lipbalm and I am tempted to buy. I just am not sure if it really works like it is said it would. So as I type this post, I am actually having a short break from reading some unpaid reviews online.

Thanks to this product, my hair has become straighter than it ordinarily is. I did mention before that I have the straight hair do courtesy of the rebonding process I get every 6 months in a local salon. So expensive, but that’s reality for me who has very curly locks.
Anyway, this conditioner helps me maintain my hair to stay straight despite the growths. You just put an ample amount, leave it for a minute or two and viola, for gorgeous hair. Cream Silk Conditoner for Curly Hair also makes my hair smell great, too. I mean real great! It is affordable too. Try it.
I’ve been put for quite sometimes. Oh how I relish the almost uninterrupted hibernation I had. ”Almost” because when you’re a mother, you really never get to hibernate. Right, moms?
Anyway, after sometime it’s good to be back. Actually, I’m excited to do some work in the next couple of days. Thrilled, really. Miss warming my bum infront of the PC as I romance the keyboard. Lol
As a teaser here’s something about work:

Looks like a huge sales job, ey? Or does it look like I’m ready to jump in the bath? Nah, not yet baby. Not yet, I assure you. Got loads of products here so that’s right, gotta work, work, work now.
Here’s an IlogMaria product that I’ve just recently used the last drop of.

I use it on my face and body without worry because I know it’s organically concocted. Made of honey, propolis and some herb extracts, the Ilog Maria Honey Propolis Liquid Soap cleanse my skin without drying it.
If you enlarge the picture, you can read its label that says:
“Raw honey penetrates and cleans pores, softens and moisturizes skin. Propolis is a powerful natural resin that protects your skin from fungal, viral and bacterial infections. This mildest natural liquid soap is handmade in our beefarm from nature’s herb extracts and oils to make your skin supple and smooth.”
Being my sister’s restday today, we decided to fully test the Strip Tease cold wax which she recently purchased. Actually she decided to take care of the hairs before she face another challenge: losing weight (with or without diet pills).
I have reread the literature that came with it and like I said before it is made of organic ingredients, namely honey and sugar. So this explains the very faint, yummy caramel scent to it that made me want to lick it (but of course I didn’t!). Also, when we opened the jar, some little ants came camped on its sides as proof that it is sugar-based.
Since the lit Idirection) didn’t mention the time element before we can do the removal, we did few trials before figuring out that we need not wait for a minute before doing the stripping. Also, an ample amount needs to be applied on the hair so it will come off easily.
Sticky but non-irritating, this cold wax does its job well (despite my earlier doubt). There were few hairs that were not removed from my sister’s (and mine as well), maybe due to length, but I should say it removed 95% of the hair from our armpits. Strip Tease cold wax works well on the legs though.

I have been using this foundation/powder for quite sometime and I reckon so why won’t I review it. So before I check life insurance online quote, lemme do this now.
Actually, this has been my only foundation/powder eversince the-world-began. Lol. But seriously, I am its loyal user. I only stopped using it (or any commercial beauty products in that case) when I got pregnant.
So you know what the tenor of this review is going to be, judging the time that I have been patronizing this product. And right, I like it.
I like that it is not sticky nor thick. Also because it makes my face look smoother. And then most of all, it doesn’t have the smell of “chemicals.” I also like it because I can apply it like a foundation (with wet sponge) or just like a plain pressed powder (dry sponge).
BTW, according to its label, this product is specially formulated for Asian skins so that must explain why it blends well with my skin tone/type.It is also oil-free and hypoallergenic.

Oh I wasn’t able to post about this…but I received another package sometime end of February. Big package! Oh what can it be this time? No, I couldn’t think of anything else - even the plumbing fixtures in our kitchen that needs attention-not! I honestly couldn’t wait to open it that as soon as I signed the receipt slip, I immediately run to get a scissors and check the contents!

Pure excitement! Lookie, lookie there are are lots inside! Woooooow!

Ha! Expect more reviews coming!
