It’s from a local bakeshop called Cecil’s and it’s affordable. Although I’m a little disappointed that it has icing on it (I don’t like my carrot cake to have icing), the taste of the cake and its pineapple filling quite justified the unexpected topping. :-)
I’ve always been a huge fan of Red Ribbon goodies. I am. Because they are just simply delectable. Actually, I never exit from the mall without dropping by their outlet. Give me all the exit signs in the world but I never do so -not until I pick goodies from them. It’s a habit already.
But on my mom’s birthday I get to taste something heavenly from another bakeshop. My brother and his fiancee brought home a box of chocolate cake, which its name I name I have carelessly forgotten- sorry! Nonetheless, here’s a picture of that cake.
Help yourself! But really, go treat yourself to some heavenly goodness and bring home a box if you have a Goldilocks branch in your place. Ah okay, I’ll have to ask my for its name next time.
