Remember this post about MP3ify.com? I’ve been so happy when I found this site that converts youtube audios to mp3 (by just providing the link). But after subsequent conversion, like a couple or so conversion, I found out that it will no longer give you the converted file unless you donate something.
Here’s the message:

Okay, they pretty good reasons for this, but I’m a big freeloader (hahah) so I’m not using it anymore to convert youtube audios to mp3.

I’ve found a good site that doesn’t have cap limit, at least so far I’ve converted about 10 youtube links already and I have not experienced message popping (like the one I pasted above) that says I’ve reach the conversion limit. So this is what I’m using now: http://www.youtube-mp3.org/. Great site. Thanks so much to all the peeps running this. More power guys!
December 27th, 2010Weeeeee!
So happy. Santa delivered the “thing” that I’d love to have this Christmas. So so grateful.
Actually, I’m using it at the moment. Ahem, ahem…it’s a Presario. And I so love it.
Thanks, Santa. So appreciate the gift and the love that goes with this gift.
You better watch out, you better not cry. You better watch out, I’m telling you why…
Whew! Holidays are here again. And that’s why I’m excited. Thoughts of the holidays are the perfect “upper.”
And this holiday, I hope I’d receive the one gift (apart from other things..lol) I’ve been waiting for — a lappie! Okay, okay, I hate to sound materialistic and to think the finances are tight these days. But well, we can always hope, and pray, right? Come to think of it, if a Acer Aspire falls from the sky, I’d be happiest nonetheless.
I miss my desktop and if I have my way, I’d want it revived. But if I can’t have that, then maybe it’s time to move on and accept the reality. And then hope for the best.
The best, oh yeah! *crossing my fingers* For the meantime, I’ll be contented with my netbook.
I have been researching online for some writing activities I can feed my son before the school opens in June and I’ve been real blessed to have found a wonderful site that offers downloadable educational materials for free. It’s the Kidzone.
It has tons of educational materials for children in pre-school to Grade V. The subjects ranges from Math, Geography, Science and many more. The kicker there is it’s all for free and you don’t need to create an account o be able to avail of the free materials. It’s all just there for everyone to download and print. (Thanks to the generous site owner/s!)
From Kidzone, I also landed on some great specialty sites, namely:
All About Coloring, a great site that offers free coloring pages for kids;
DLTK’s Crafts for Kids, a site where you can have loads of fun crafts you can do with your children.
Then, if you want to incorporate Bible activities to Bible stories/lessons during Sunday School, check DLTK’s Bible Activities.
Then for parents, if you wish to go beyond the usual photo printing/presentation, check Smilebox for some exciting ideas on how to make your photos extra special. Try creating slide shows. Get hooked with scrapbooking. ( Digital scrapbooking has never been this easier -thanks Smilebox!) Do more with your photos and have fun.
Haaay, I still don’t know what’s wrong with my PC. It’s really such a hassle since the softwares that I always use for some online work are installed in that PC.
For the meantime, I’m using the netbook my husband gave me last December. But I can only use it mostly for surfing the Internet. Oh God help me, I really need my PC. And I need it alive and kicking!
Few weeks ago, I received an email from the administrator of my webhost informing me (and the rest of their clients) that it is closing down “due to the economic downturn.” With this our accounts will be migrated to another web hosting company, the Host Penguin. When I received the news, I was really sad - in fact, I’m still sad at this current development. As I’ve mentioned before in this post, I’ve always been satisfied with their services (Host Prestige), especially the after-sales support.
As of presstime, our accounts are already migrated to HostPenguin and so far everything is fine with my sites. I really hope that with the new service provider, we (clients) will still get the same quality support we got from Host Prestige.
To the peeps behind Host Prestige, thanks for your invaluable service.
