January 5th, 2011Not Using MP3ify anymore

Remember this post about MP3ify.com? I’ve been so happy when I found this site that converts youtube audios to mp3 (by just providing the link). But after subsequent conversion,  like a couple or so conversion, I found out that it will no longer give you the converted file unless you donate something.

Here’s the message:
Photobucket

Okay, they pretty good reasons for this, but I’m a big freeloader (hahah) so I’m not using it anymore to convert youtube audios to mp3.

I’ve found a good site that doesn’t have cap limit, at least so far I’ve converted about 10 youtube links already and I have not experienced message popping (like the one I pasted above) that says I’ve reach the conversion limit. So this is what I’m using now: http://www.youtube-mp3.org/. Great site. Thanks so much to all the peeps running this. More power guys!

My fascination with Glee’s episode 1 (for Season 2) has led me to an amazing discovery in the world wide web: that we can already convert youtube audios atbp to mp3! Isn’t that cool? Yeah as cool as these faux wood blinds. Trust me.

I didn’t know it but through instantmp3s.com, we can now make the conversion easily and INSTANTLY. All we need is to provide the link and viola! instant mp3!  I’ve tried it with a couple of songs from Glee, and I’m so happy with the result. Audio is excellent, absolutely the same as with the provided youtube link. :-)

And so goes the reason of this post. :-) Haaay, what I did for love!

March 17th, 2010Bye, Bye Imeem

Not too long ago, I have  posted a quick review on  how much I love Imeem. I was already impressed because I can easily download some songs on my playlist through MusicZilla.  But with MySpace absorbing Imeem, I found out I could no longer access the site. I actually tried accessing the site a couple of weeks ago and I felt bad that I could no longer see the imeem site nor login to my account (through MySpace).

I’ve read online though that there are users who received email advisory that they can restore their old Imeem playlist through MySpace. Good for them who were able to restore their playlist. As for me, I haven’t seen any notification of this nature. Also, the bigger prob is I could not login to MySpace using Imeem old username and password. I don’t have a Myspace account too (and don’t intend to have one). So even if there’s the merge service, I still cannot use it. Bye Imeem! :-(

Now moving on, are you familiar with colon cleansing? I have read about its benefits and there have been lots of available colon cleansers now. Still, I have to find a thorough article that presents their pros and cons. I’m off now to scour the internet for some information.

Happy weekend everyone!

July 24th, 2009I’m-Eeempressed!

For music streaming, there’s nothing like IMEEM.com.  It’s free. It’s fast. And most of all, it’s HUGE. Its archive looks like it contains all the songs in the Universe. Really, no kidding - all genres and artists!

And today, I found out that we can download songs right from Imeem. Just install the free Music Zilla and you’re good to go. The downloaded files are in .flv format though but I have a handy player for this format and I couldn’t be happier.

For more instructions on how to do it, hop in here.
